A local bakery starting up wanted some help to design the logo, look and feel ahead of beginning to sell at the London’s Farmers Market at Primrose Hill and others across North London.
Marianna had just completed her baking qualification from Le Cordan Bleu and was keen to begin selling some of delicious pastries and baked goods. She contacted me very early on this process to talk through potential names and brainstorm how we could turn her vision into a reality.
Many pastries and conversations later, we had put together the final designs and the market stall prototype to submit an application to The Spread, Myddleton Road Market, London’s Farmers Markets and more. These are not the easiest food markets to be accepted into it and it was a great triumph to finally see this vision play out.

I had visited Marianna on numerous occasions at the Market to also teach and support how we can market her presence as a new food stall and these popular and competitive markets. We identified the unique selling point, engaged with many new followers and gaining loyal regulars. It has been a very excited experience for me as much as it has been for founder, maybe it’s my love for cakes, or maybe it’s seeing a single female entrepreneur succeed in doing what she loves.
